She is a senior HR professional and consultant who graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with an MSc (with Distinction) in Human Resources Management and a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management.
During the last 8 years, Rebecca has progressed in her career and has enjoyed a range of managerial positions in the Facilities Management, Construction and Financial Planning industries within the UAE.
Rebecca has a broad knowledge and experience of all aspects of Human Resources Management including HR start-up, Policy and Procedure development and implementation, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Communication, Employee On-Boarding, Employee Exit, Employee Wellbeing and HR Audit.
